I Belong Here. I am Ready. I am not alone.

Dear Beloved, 

This is the message that Divine Love has been whispering to me since my late teens. In all the darkest moments in my life, these three comforting, calming, and clarifying thoughts have come in one form or another. In the midst of the pain and fear of paralysis and death after a major horse accident when I was 17. In scary moments while traveling in Latin America, Europe, Australia, and India. In the moment I held my son’s body after he passed during childbirth. In moments of crisis while working on Mt. Rainier and during three straight months of adventuring in canyons, on great rivers, and oceans. On lonely nights while wondering what in the world I was supposed to do with my life. In all these darker times and so many others, this heart message has come to let me know that I AM SAFE.

Now it is my mission to share this message with the world. It belongs to all of us. And maybe the words are different for you, or the order. Listening to our heart helps us tune into what Love is always whispering to us. Moving through and beyond fear is tough. But what becomes possible when we live this message in the face of fear? Wholeness. Courage. Peace. Joy.

You do belong here. You are ready. You are never, ever alone.
