Why do we feel so comfortable and at home in certain spaces, while decidedly unsettled in others? Why do some spaces energize us, while others put us to sleep? All spaces have tangible physical effects on us, some more dramatic than others. We all feel it, but may not give it a second thought. But when things aren’t quite working in our lives the way that they could, a little tweaking of our personal spaces can help turn the tide.

My many years’ experience with feng shui, space clearing and home redesign can enhance and adjust your living and work environments so that these spaces “feel great” to you, are enjoyable, attractive and healthy to spend time in, and can actually work as positive anchors to help you achieve your goals and desires.

Feng Shui bagua and placement principles, Space Clearing energy work, and my own intuitive “felt-sense” of a place … as well as yours, are the foundation of my work. Rather than follow rules that might not feel quite right, I work with you to choose from a number of practical enhancements so that you have positive emotional connection points throughout your home and/or office.

From decluttering to rearranging/editing furniture and accessories to colour considerations, I act as a pair of “fresh eyes” to hone in on what could be tweaked to showcase your personal style and help you create your own personal environment of harmony and comfort.

Feng Shui (literally meaning wind and water) considers a physical space, its surrounding environment(s) and how energy flows – or doesn’t – within and around that space.

Feng Shui is NOT magic, it’s not religion, it’s not a cure-all for your problems. It IS a time-honoured and effective practice of observing where energy flows and where it is constricted, then making recommendations for a safe, beautiful and comfortable environment to benefit your overall well-being and to specifically address environmental blockages that may be mirroring your life areas.

Space Clearing is the ceremonial use of sound, scent or smudging to clear the unseen but certainly-felt energy in a space. This can help spruce up and align your own environmental energies. It can also be an aid when selling your home, releasing the bonds between you and a house so that a new person could come in and feel at home rather than just visiting … a good incentive to buy!
